Under the bed is dust’s favourite hiding spot. Hair, lint, skin flakes, bits of paper—sab neeche chala jata hai. Because you don’t see it daily, it builds up into thick layers. Every time you move in bed or the fan blows, some of that dust circulates in the room.
If you sweep, mop, or vacuum under the bed occasionally, you remove a huge hidden source of allergens. People with sneezing or mild dust allergies often feel a real difference just from this one habit.
You don’t have to do it daily, but ignoring it for months lets that invisible dust cloud grow.
