How can confirming where rubbish from demolition will be stored and removed prevent building disputes?

Demolition means broken tiles, bricks, dust bags, old fixtures—pura ek truck bhar kachra. If the contractor casually dumps it in the building compound or blocks common paths, neighbours and the society office will lose patience quickly.

Before work begins, ask clearly: “Debris kahan rakhenge? Kaise nikalwaoge? Kaunsa gate use hoga?” Many societies have rules about timing and locations for waste. If your contractor follows those, you stay out of trouble.

Sorting this upfront is much easier than firefighting when a notice or fine suddenly lands on you for “blocking common areas” or “improper disposal.”
