What can you understand by seeing how quickly security responds when a stranger walks in?

Security guards are more than a uniform at the gate. Their alertness affects how safe you actually feel. If you stand in the compound for a bit and notice that strangers (including you) walk in and wander without anyone asking “Kahan ja rahe ho?”, that’s information.

If, instead, guards politely but firmly ask who you’re visiting, note flat numbers, or call residents for confirmation, you know there’s at least a basic process. If someone tries to slip in with vague answers, you can see how the guard reacts.

Speed and attitude here speak louder than any “24×7 security” line in the brochure.
